I founded encass because I love working with people and technology on a daily basis and firmly believe that passion is the origin of innovation.


Drawing on my extensive experience in the industry, with this step, I am following my inner drive for a continued active  contribution towards one of the most diverse and exciting business sectors in Germany with my own vision.


From the beginning, my motivation was to create a flexible  service portfolio for our clients. In this way, we can dynamically respond to their current needs and continuously develop the depth and maturity of our services in collaboration with them.


At the same time, my heart is set on creating an inspiring work environment for our employees and partners characterized by personal appreciation, while offering the space to truly thrive.

Engineering is part of our family tradition. When I began my studies at RWTH Aachen University in 1989, I did so out of a deep conviction that there was still an enormous amount to discover and shape in this industry. Looking back at the various stations of my career, I feel completely vindicated in this belief.


Along this way, I had the privilage to encounter amazing people that have truly inspired me. Their innovative spirit and dedication, above all, taught me one thing: the foundation for progress is a strong, collaborative community.
