I founded encass because I love working with people and technology on a daily basis and firmly believe that passion is the origin of innovation.

Drawing on my many years of experience in the industry, I am therefore following my inner drive to actively contribute towards one of the most diverse and exciting business sectors in Germany with my own vision.

From the beginning, my motivation was to create a flexible  service portfolio for our clients. In this way, we can dynamically respond to their current needs and continuously develop the depth and maturity of our services in collaboration with them.

At the same time, my heart is set on creating an inspiring work environment for our employees and partners characterized by personal appreciation, while offering the space to truly thrive.
