How do I apply to encass?
To protect your personal data, please exclusively use our website. Here you can directly apply to a specific listing or submit a spontaneous application. In addition to your contact information, attach documents such as cover letter and CV, along with certificates, and references if applicable, all as pdf. Please double check that your contact details are correct so we can be sure to get in touch with you. To complete the application process, you will need to agree to our privacy policy.
What happens after I apply?
After submitting your application, you will first receive an automated confirmation email, stating that we have received your documents. Our recruiters will then process and review your application, in accordance with our data protection regulations.
When can I expect a response?
If your application matches any current or future vacancies, you can expect to be contacted promptly and personally to discuss the next steps and your potential inclusion in our dedicated pool of talents. Otherwise, you will receive a polite rejection, within 60 days at the very latest, confirming that we have completely deleted your data from our system.
How does the selection process work?
The first interview is always conducted face-to-face - either in person or remotely via video call - so we can truly get to know each other. Depending on the type of vacancy, this is followed by a technical assessment of your qualifications. We always aim to notify candidates about important appointments in due time.
Can I apply for multiple listings?
This is generally possible. However, we always review applications in the context of multiple applicable listings.
Are our listings always up to date?
We continuously update our job postings. Some ads remain active for a longer period, either because we haven't yet found the perfect match or because we want to fill the position with multiple candidates.
What working conditions can I expect at encass?
We may not have foosball tables or a campus canteen, but we offer a personable interaction and maximum flexibilty regarding working hours and locaction. This means trust-based working time arrangements and mobile working – in natural alignment with our project and client goals.
