If your focus is on tackling a specific task, we offer you a solution within the framework of a defined work package. Work execution can take place on-site, off-site, or in a hybrid environment.
To achieve this, we continuously expand and refine our toolbox of assets and methods, in close consultation with our clients. This allows us to develop long-term strategic partnerships.
Service Agreement
This working model forms the typical basis of our services within the framework of our consulting, coaching and interim management.
Temporary Staffing
If you require qualified, on-the-job expertise to strengthen your team, temporary staffing offers a legally compliant, predictable, and flexible solution. This allows you to reliably bridge capacity gaps and cover peak workloads without the time-consuming and costly process of recruiting permanent staff.
The legal regulations governing temporary employment and the applicable GVP/DGB collective bargaining agreements form the basis of our cooperation.
After the agreed temporary transfer period has expired, you then have the option of taking over the business permanently, without additional costs.
Direct Placement / Outsourcing
If you would like to outsource your recruitment temporarily or long-term, we would be happy to take on this task for you.
